Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1Arrive Srinagar — Snow-Covered Dal Lake

Arrive at Srinagar Airport and meet your private driver. Transfer to your heritage houseboat on Dal Lake. In winter, the lake shores are draped in snow — a breathtaking first impression. Settle in with a welcome noon chai (Kashmiri salted tea) and dry fruits. Dinner on board.

Day 2Gulmarg — Skiing & Gondola

Early morning drive to Gulmarg (56 km, ~1.5 hrs). Gulmarg in winter is Asia's premier ski destination. Take the Gulmarg Gondola to Phase 1 (3,980m) and Phase 2 (4,267m) for panoramic snow-covered Himalayan views. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, or sledging (optional, paid activity). Return to Srinagar hotel by evening.

Day 3Pahalgam — Snow Valley & Sledging

Drive to Pahalgam (95 km) through snow-lined highways. Betaab Valley and Aru Valley in winter are completely snow-covered and serene. Enjoy snowball fights, sledging, and photography in the white landscapes. Pony rides (optional) through snow-laden pine forests. Return to Srinagar.

Day 4Srinagar City Tour & Hazratbal in Snow

Full-day Srinagar sightseeing. Visit the iconic Hazratbal Shrine on the banks of Dal Lake, majestic in winter snow. Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views. Old city tour — Jama Masjid, Nowhatta bazaar, and the famous Polo View Market for Pashmina shopping. Evening kangri (fire pot) session at the hotel.

Day 5Departure

Post-breakfast check-out. Private transfer to Srinagar Airport. Tour ends with unforgettable winter memories of the Valley.
