Yes. Groups above 50 require a bit more lead time for coordinating properties across multiple venues — 6–8 weeks is ideal. Below 50, we can usually move in 2–3 weeks.
Do you provide travel insurance?
We don't sell travel insurance, but we can recommend providers and ensure the trip documentation supports any claim process.
What if the trip needs to be cancelled or rescheduled?
Corporate trips are treated on a case-by-case basis for rescheduling. Cancellation terms are clearly laid out in the booking agreement — we don't penalise for genuine force majeure situations.
Can you arrange a hybrid trip — some conference, some leisure?
That's the most common format. A typical corporate Kashmir trip is 30% structured sessions, 70% guided leisure — the balance keeps the team engaged without it feeling like a workday with better views.
