Not a PDF with generic day headings. A real itinerary: specific hotels I'd recommend for you (and why), a day-by-day flow that makes geographic sense, notes on what to expect at each stop. Inclusive pricing broken down clearly — hotel, private cab, meals, guide — so there are no surprises later.
If I need more information to do this properly, I'll ask before sending. A plan built on guesswork isn't useful to either of us.
We refine it together.
Most trips go through two or three rounds of back-and-forth. You might want a different hotel, a different pace, an extra day in Gulmarg, or to add Gurez. This is the most important part of the process — getting the itinerary to actually fit you, not just look good on paper.
There's no charge for revisions. We go back and forth until you're confident — then you confirm and pay. No payment is taken before you've approved the final plan.

Once you're in Kashmir, my number is your first call if anything changes — a road is closed, a hotel has a problem, you want to add a stop you hadn't planned, or it's just snowing harder than expected and you want advice. I monitor every active trip and stay in direct contact with your driver and local team throughout.

Things people usually ask before booking.
How far in advance should I plan?
For peak season (April–June, September–October), 4–6 weeks ahead is ideal — the better hotels book up fast. For winter or offbeat trips, 2–3 weeks is usually fine. That said, I've put together good trips in 48 hours for people with flexible schedules.
Do I pay the full amount upfront?
No. A 30% advance is taken when you confirm the trip. The balance is due 7 days before travel. For short-notice bookings, a different payment schedule can be arranged.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on how close to the travel date — they're clearly laid out in the booking confirmation. For genuine emergencies, I work with people on a case-by-case basis. I'm not going to hide behind a policy.
Can you arrange a trip for a large group?
Yes — corporate groups, family reunions, leadership offsites. The planning process is the same; the logistics are more detailed. For groups above 20, I'd suggest a call rather than a form to get the specifics right.
Do you work with specific hotels or are you independent?
Independent. I work with hotels across every budget level and I'm not tied to any property. I recommend what's right for your trip — not what earns me the best commission.
